I also believe that the "Tachyon Technologies" Clay part is outdated, as I can't find any reference for it.
However the text is quite vague so I was not sure. I'm history digging to see if I can pinpoint it, but if anybody (@brson?) has first-hand info please tell.

Thanks. Removing the modpath.iss license causes a new problem because that file is ultimately still included in the windows installer, but since the license file here is the one displayed in the installer splash screen we're not complying. I agree that it doesn't make sense to report that license in-tree though so filed a follow up issue against rust-packaging.
